In reference to the Presidential Regulation No. 69 of 2015 regarding Visa Exemption, signed by the President of the Republic of Indonesia on June 9, 2015, foreign nationals from 45 (forty five) Countries and Special Administrative Regions are exempted from the obligation to obtain a visit visa to enter Indonesian territory. The details are as follows:
Foreigner nationals as referred in article 1. and 2. below are given permission to stay visits, for a period of 30 (thirty) days, and cannot be extended or converted into any other residence permit.
1. Nationals of 13 (Thirteen) Countries and 2 (two) Governments of Special Administrative Regions are declared free visit visa upon entering Indonesia territory at any Immigration checkpoint, as follows:

Note: Nationals of the above-mentioned countries are exempted from obtaining a visa for tourism purposes only and upon entering Indonesian territory only through Immigration checkpoints at the following airports or seaports:
3. For Foreign Nationals referred in article 2. above intending to enter and visit Indonesia for more than 30 days and/or for purposes other than tourism, shall be issued visit visas or visa on arrival.
