Gadjah Mada University International Week 2014

International Week 2014 is an annual event that proudly organized by the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). In 2014, for the very first time, FEB UGM introduces a short academic program that may enable undergraduate and graduate students to gain greater understanding on ASEAN. This year, International Week highlights the topic of “ASEAN Business Environment”.
EVENTS

Lecture Series
Lectures series is the main feature of International Week. This series of lectures is designed to be able to accommodate ASEAN Business Environment course. Lectures are accommodated to deliver knowledge from the ASEAN universities professors and FEB UGM lecturers to International Week participants. International Week’s lectures are set to enable students gain various academic perspective on the ASEAN business environment. In providing vast opportunities for students, the lectures are also combined with intensive interactive discussions to allow exchange of ideas between lecturers and students.
CEO Talk
CEO Talk provides strategic perspective of practitioners in regard to doing business in ASEAN. A one-day CEO Talk will be held to enrich students’ understanding from both academic and business point of view. Wide opportunity for students to have intensive discussion with a reputable CEO will be available during this CEO Talk session.
Dinner in Prambanan
Staying in Yogyakarta has never been enough without visiting the remarkable heritage of Prambanan temple and witnessing the combination of beautiful dance and the famous Ramayana story through Ramayana Ballet. By participating in International Week, students will have the opportunity to experience not only the beautiful scenery of Prambanan temple at night with its lighting attractions, the Ramayana Ballet, but also to enjoy various selections of food under the starry Prambanan sky prepared in one attractive welcoming dinner package.
Farewell Party
Farewell party is the moment where students being awarded for their active contribution in the event and celebrating their successful completion of the entire program with their fellow International Week participants and lecturers.
Registration deadline: June 30, 2014

1. Fill in the registration form. Registration form available here.
2. Prepare the required documents, i.e.:
• Copy of university transcript
• Copy of TOEFL/IELTS certificate
• Your passport size photo
3. Submit your complete application documents to iweek@feb.ugm.ac.id
4. Wait for our confirmation on your acceptance in this program on 4 July 2014.
Our secretariat will send an acceptance package to your email. Further instruction on how to prepare for participating in this program and payment fee will be provided on the acceptance package.
5. All complete application documents must reach our email on the 30 June 2014, at the latest.
